Churches Together
Churches Together groups are at the heart of the movement for Christian unity. Think of your neighbouring churches are God's gift to you. You can pray and study together, work and witness together and live out what it means to be the united Body of Christ in your community.
Can't find the skills and resources you need in your own congregation? Maybe God has given those complementary skills and resources to the church down the road; by working together, all sorts of things might be possible!
There are some fantastic Churches Together groups in Yorkshire. Their worship, work and witness include: community projects, youthwork projects, community cafes, Street Angels... Read about many of their achievements in Unity Post.
What other groups are doing, you might also be able to do in your area. It just needs the mindset to ask of all you do, 'Can we do this together?'
